Reclaimed wood flooring

Our reclaimed wood flooring is crafted from reclaimed teak wood, reclaimed kwila wood and reclaimed yellow balau wood. Most of these reclaimed wood salvaged from deconstruction of old houses, warehouses, factories, bridges, railroads and other previously structures. The wood is milled into a uniform thickness, tongue-groove flooring planks and is sold in unfinished and finished pieces to wholesaler and reseller.

Reclaimed wood shingle

Haqure workshop currently processing the reclaimed teak shingle for Reclaimed Wood customer. Manufactured from 100% post-consumer reclaimed teak salvaged from deconstruction of old houses, warehouses, factories, bridges, railroads and other previously structures.

Nail holes. limited to 3 holes per shingle piece with a maximum 3 mm dia. No more than 60% of the pieces may contains holes from any cause.

Insect bore holes. limited to 2 holes per shingle piece with a maximum 8 mm dia. No more than 60% of the pieces may contains holes from any cause.

Maximum number of holes in any piece. 5 holes permitted.

Knots. Maximum knot size 3.3 cm in any dimension. All knots must be sound and tight. No starred, cracked, encased or loose knots permitted. No more than 3 knots are permitted un any one piece.

Splits - Not permitted. Seasoning checks - Not permitted. Decay - Not permitted. Allowable tolerance - +/-1mm (2mm total).

Surfacing. S1S smooth planed on at least one side. tapered face to be surfaced.
