As a customer of Haqure you have free acces to our products and production database. You can monitor the production progress of your order, from the timber selection, assembly, finishing, packing and delivery.

As a customer of Haqure we will source any items you may require from Indonesia, purchase item on your behalf, negotiate on your behalf. Handling the delivery and take care all the relevant documents requred by Indonesian authorities and destination country (Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, Certification of Origin, Etc..).

We strive to provide the highest quality products and guarantee you will receive items in good condition. However, to assure our valued customer, we offer a total replacement guarantee for unsatisfactory items. Claims should be filled within 30 days after receiving your consignment.
